TMS i-Bill
i-Bill provides you and your clients with information on their daily call profile, invoicing and services. You are given an administrator login from which you can access and view your customers information, reset passwords and see the revenue you are generating for each customer, per call if required.

White Labelled Interface
Your end user has access daily to a product called I-bill, the CDR data is uploaded daily. This gives your customer daily access to their billing information which is being produced. All this data is held on a web server at TMS and is accessible 24 hours. All information supplied is unbranded. The package will give you copy invoices, itemisation, graphical information, bar-charts, top ten analysis and the ability to download raw data to csv.
Alerts Management
TMS Alerts shows irregular call traffic and simultaneously emails or SMS to the Customer and the CP during the billing process to advise expensive or unusual call traffic activity providing a better opportunity to control any potential problems or financial exposure.
Branding
Your logo and colour scheme are added to i-Bill and your customer accesses via your website.
Daily CDRs
TMS have auto download engines so you’re CDRs are downloaded 365 days a year, dependent on the carrier these collections are done either daily or twice daily. TMS rate these at your cost price and upload them to CLIck and simultaneously rate them at your customer rates and load them onto the customers i-Bill account. Through the collection of CDRs TMS minimises the month end impact on the CP of missing CLIs and allows daily detection of pricing or routing anomalies.
The sophistication of this billing platform auto gets and auto loads CDRs and reports any anomalies and of course non-matching CLIs where these issues are addressed on a daily basis.
