Minerva is our Award winning Billing portal all design and development is done in house by a team of dedicated of IT programmers and web designers.

The virtual web portal we give to Resellers is called TMS CLIck, this web based platform is capable of giving you up to 3 different levels of security. All control is given to the Reseller with 24/7 access, fully secure and backed up daily on secure servers off site.

The TMS portal includes a database field with a bulletin page and notice board to display messages at customer level. It also has a notes page on the individual card per client or site. Mail-merge functionality can be added by request.

The TMS Billing engine at present produces Invoices from the following data sources.
