To view your Invoices on line and to keep track of calls, select the I-Bill logo on the right. Your username is your TMS account number and your password is your postcode.

CPS

TMS have relationships with all the well-known carriers for CPS, we can supply very competitive CPS rates and via our system CLIck we auto provision for you so once a CLI is connected there is no double entry required. Via Gamma and Talk Talk Business we can also automate CPS onto your own account direct with them again ensuring no duplicate entry is required.

Extention Billing

Extension billing is available when IDA is placed over Talk Talk Business and your customers system is programmed to route over the network. The detail of calls made from extension numbers is then made available on TMS CLIck and on the customer’s itemisation.

DDI Billing

DDI billing is available when CPS is placed on the Gamma network and enables the customer to view which DDI an outbound call was made from.

Inbound

TMS can provide Non-Geographic and Geographic inbound solutions with portals available to arrange routing and plans to suit your customer. Your customer can then benefit from Time of day routing, call queuing, call recording, voicemail to email, call whispering and multiple divert options. You can also choose to port an existing number to TMS.
