TMS offer 24/7 fault logging facility either you can log on WLR3 directly or if you wish we can take calls on your behalf, at times agreed by you. This service can either be generic and calls answered ‘Line Rental Services’ or you can choose the personalised service which would be answered in your company name. The fault will be logged via the WLR3 Solution on you customers behalf, placing a divert where requested, the fault details will be emailed to you and you can also set up text alerts for when a call is taken.
